• A great project experience in Agile contexts;
• Concrete experience in a Scrum or Scrumban work environment;
• Participation in a project based on the principles of integration, delivery and continuous deployment (CI / CD) (trump);
• Agile / Scrum certification (trump);
• Knowledge of development through testing (TDD) or behavioural-driven development (BDD) (trump);
• A soul of leader!
