Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with senior leaders to provide insightful analysis that is action-oriented and aligned with strategic objectives
• Prepare management reports that contain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of moderate to advanced complexity
• Gather strategic insights from financial and operational data and present findings to business leaders
• Develop strong working relationships with senior leaders in order to support their initiatives and enable effective decision making
• Contribute to MNP’s budgeting process
• Develop and document processes while incorporating finance best practices
• Gain a solid understanding of MNP’s systems to support analysis and reporting on a monthly, quarterly and ad hoc basis
• Contribute within a team environment and demonstrate leadership potential
• Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes

Skills and Experience

• Master’s degree or CPA is preferred
• 2 to 4 years of related experience working in a financial analysis role
• Ability to communicate in English and French is required
• Demonstrated focus on quality of work, continuous innovation and ability to utilize analytical tools to provide data driven insights
• Professional services industry experience is considered an asset
• Experience with strategic planning, KPI development and analysis to facilitate the development of strategic plans
• Intermediate to advanced system application skills
• Experience working with Power BI, Tableau, One Stream, Hyperion or large data models is required
