NV-08As an IT support analyst, you provide user support and assistance for IT applications, including installation, configuration, best practices, issue resolution, service request management, and IT and technical incident management.
You help keep IT equipment up and running, particularly through server administration.
You analyze and help diagnose issues, provide opinions in accordance with your discipline’s rules, and help develop recommendations and implementation plans.
You develop tools, methods and processes and contribute to skills development in your field. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work.

General Information on the Position
Main Responsibilities
Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement, make changes, and analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and monitor the application of management policies and practices. Make recommendations
Analyze risks, prepare statistical reports, make recommendations, and provide advice on how to implement recommendations
Help prepare and propose action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters
Develop and write tools, methods and processes.
Other working conditions
Workplace : Position located in Lévis or Montreal, depending on the applicant selected. The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
