Answering calls from employers and supporting them with the transmission of pension plan data.
Analyze and verify member data and files.
Ensure file follow-up and complete information related to file updates in the various software programs.
Validate and enter data in various databases and systems.
Perform other tasks related with this function.
College diploma in office administration or the equivalent.
Good customer service skills and ability to explain things in non-technical language
Very good communication skills, excellent French and intermediate English, both oral and written.
Attention to detail, organization, and professionalism.
Flexibility, availability, and ability to manage priorities effectively.
Good learning skills and good professional judgment.
Good sense of initiative and excellent problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office suite (Word and Excel).
Experience in pension plan administration an asset.
Where permitted by law, LifeWorks employees must be fully immunized to access a LifeWorks office or customer premises.
