Short Description

The Senior Manager of Partner Success will be responsible for cultivating best in class partnerships, creating and executing on strategic programs that deliver in both the short and long term.

You will have high visibility in this cross-functional role. Working collaboratively with senior leaders across the company including product, sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal and others.

Considering the needs across stakeholder teams, driving alignment around the customer you will inspire and guide our go to market strategy by managing the relationship with our partners across Canada.

In this role, you are instrumental in shaping our future in Advanced Products and Solutions as we solve business customers' problems and reshape who we are as service provider.

We are looking for a person to manage multiple technology partners to ensure we are enabling our extended teams and customers to deliver related products and services as requested.

You have a well-rounded technology industry background. Driving all levels of integration with the strategic technology partners and act as a key point of contact with the Partner channel and executive teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating to build and execute joint business plans with our strategic partners, including end-to-end go to market plans with defined success metrics, joint accountability and governance
  • Cultivate and execute on our strategic priorities to include product roadmap, complex investment planning, partner negotiations, and business development against our revenue and growth objectives
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, finance, operations, customer service and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful take to market strategy
  • Nurture executive-level relationships with partner, including executive business reviews and internal executive stakeholder communications
  • Identify new opportunities for market differentiation and revenue
  • Co-develop marketing activity and collateral with both internal and partner stakeholders
  • Facilitate alignment and synergies between Bell and partners
  • Direct the ongoing operational processes required for successful partner enablement.
  • Represent Bell Business Markets with industry, analyst, client and partner organizations
  • Create clear and concise communications in preparation of regular cadence updates and escalations
  • Maintain the ongoing operational processes required for successful Partner enablement
  • Manage overall schedule view, looking ahead early to identify conflicts and work to resolve before any impact
  • Identify opportunities that provide both market differentiation and growth
  • Continually learn, grow, and improve how Bell and its partners can prioritize customer journey

Critical Qualifications

  • University degree in Business or related area, Masters or Professional Designation
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise business development or partner management role
  • Ability to forge strong internal and external partner relationships and communication with stakeholders at all levels
  • Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and / or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with stakeholders
  • Ability to understand B2B technology and emerging trends
  • Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills
  • Critical thinking and a passion for driving results
  • Strong self-management and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight timelines; the willingness to work extended hours on occasion as required by the business
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate activities, cross-departmental
  • Relationship builder with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
