We have an urgent and immediate requirement for Database Developer skills in Montreal, Canada. Below are the details. Please note that the candidates have to be in Montreal and need to go to the office (2-3 days a week) and work in a hybrid model .
Database Developer (preferably DB2)
Montreal, Canada (Hybrid Model)
12 months and extendable
No of years’ experience : 8+
Mandatory Skills :
- Expert level abilities building applications using databases like DB2, MS SQL Server, Oracle and related technologies
- Strong in SQL, PL / SQL
- Experience in writing and debugging complex queries and Stored Procedures
- Hands on experience on UNIX, Shell scripting
- Experience in tuning database and its objects
- Knowledge of programming languages and front-end technologies like Java, HTML / HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
- Ability to understand complex business processes and be able to interpret business requirements and produce functional / technical specifications
- Ability to work in a structured environment utilizing source control, CI / CD, Agile methodologies, with a high focus on quality
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
