Job Description
ServiceNow IT Asset Management Consultant (ITAM/HAM)
Need to Work from Montreal Office 3 Days a week also would need Montreal Local Profiles Only who can come to office for F2F Round of Interview
Job Description – ServiceNow ITAM/HAM Specialist
Design, develop, and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform with strong scripting capabilities (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
Implement and support IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes and modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Perform data migration, transformation, and validation activities during platform implementation or upgrades.
Ensure CMDB alignment, data integrity, and consistency across asset and configuration records.
Develop and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and provide ongoing platform support and enhancements.
Maintain documentation, adhere to best practices, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
