Job Title: FP&A Analyst
We are looking for a FP&A analyst to join a solid, growing company that plays a key role in its sector. This strategic position will place you directly with the management team to support decision-making through rigorous financial analyses, projections, and informed recommendations.
Main Responsibilities:
Analyze financial and operational results to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare management reports, forecasts, and profitability analyses.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to validate data, optimize processes, and generate value.
Actively participate in the budgeting process, cost tracking, and performance evaluations.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and tracking tools.
Document certain processes to improve team efficiency.
Desired Profile:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, or management accounting.
University degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
Proficiency in Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas).
Ability to simplify financial issues, work in a team, and manage priorities.
CPA designation: an asset.
Fluent in French, functional to advanced English required.
