The Role

We are seeking an AI Developer to independently design, estimate, and deliver technically excellent AI solutions. This is a hands-on, intermediate-level individual-contributor role. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of AI applications, from technical design to production deployment and maintenance, focusing on high-quality, robust, and optimized systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end machine learning systems, including scalable data pipelines, model-serving APIs, and core infrastructure for AI applications.
• Take full ownership of the AI project lifecycle: estimate scope, plan technical tasks, and deliver high-quality code.
• Implement and manage MLOps practices, such as automated model training, versioning, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable deployment in production.
• Proactively optimize models and infrastructure for performance, cost, and reliability.
• Collaborate autonomously with the team to integrate AI components into larger production systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of software development experience, with at least 1 year focused on building and deploying complex, production-grade AI or machine learning systems.
• Strong expertise in Python and proficiency in at least one other programming language.
• Proven experience with a major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Deep understanding of machine learning principles, model architectures, and advanced data-handling techniques.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Demonstrated ability to design and build distributed systems and microservices.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering effective technical solutions independently.
