We are looking for an AI Business Analyst to work with one of our clients, a Canada-based insurance and financial services company.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate Business Analyst with a strong background in data analysis and artificial intelligence technologies to support our clients in their strategic projects. You will play a key role in data segmentation and the development of solutions leveraging modern analytics and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform data segmentation to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Create interactive dashboards and impactful visualizations using Power BI.
  • Contribute to the implementation and optimization of data pipelines on Snowflake and Databricks.
  • Work closely with Data Science teams to integrate high-value AI models into existing workflows.

Required Technical Skills

  • Power BI: Expertise in creating dashboards and interactive reports.
  • Azure: Strong knowledge of data management and processing services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse).
  • SQL / Python: Advanced skills for data processing, writing complex queries, and automating analyses.
  • Snowflake: Experience in managing cloud-based data platforms.
  • Databricks: Familiarity with big data processing and analytics environments.

Preferred Profile

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role in a data management and AI context.
  • Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to align solutions with strategic objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with AI or machine learning projects.
  • Certifications in the listed technical stack (Power BI, Azure, Snowflake, etc.) is appreciated.
