What You'll Do

Strategize for Success - Craft and implement a cutting-edge e-commerce strategy to boost revenue and elevate our brand's online presence.

• Stay ahead of trends with market research and competitor analysis, seizing new opportunities to grow.
• Lead with Impact - Inspire and mentor a high-performing e-commerce team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Build partnerships with major retailers and third-party vendors (think Costco, Amazon!) to maximize reach and sales.
• Drive Performance with Data - Use tools like Salsify, Syndigo, Excel, and PowerPoint to analyze metrics, optimize product listings, and deliver actionable insights.
• Improve visibility with top-notch SEO / SEM strategies and engaging digital content.
• Collaborate Across Teams - Partner with marketing, IT, and operations to ensure seamless e-commerce integration across all platforms.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of e-commerce management experience, especially in B2B environments.
• Expertise working with major retailers and 3rd party platforms.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with a passion for driving results.
• Hands-on knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Salsify and Syndigo.
• Flexibility to travel for key business initiatives.
