Our rapidly growing team is currently looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to fill the role of Programmer Analyst.
This position is based in Montreal, Quebec.
Main responsibilities
- Configure, modify, and enhance core systems, including Experlogix, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and SmartConnect.
- Ensure the development, deployment, and maintenance of production information tools.
- Recommend modifications to systems, propose new ideas aligned with market trends, and explore emerging technologies to continuously improve our systems.
- Work proactively with IT and other teams to develop systems that achieve shared quality and efficiency goals.
- Coordinate testing (in partnership with the IT Business Analyst if needed) and manage production deployment.
- Provide support to users of administrative, network, and Internet systems to address issues promptly and efficiently. Conduct training to empower process owners.
Qualifications and experience
- Relevant diploma in computer science or other relevant training.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- In-depth knowledge in SQL programming, SSRS, C#, .NET, JavaScript and HTML.
- Bilingual (French and English) both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with our English- and French-speaking internal teams and partners.
