Je suis présentement à la recherche, pour un de nos clients, d'un analyste d'affaires TI. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent, hybride, possibilité d'être rattaché au site du Centre-Ville ou au site basé sur la rive-sud.

Le salaire proposé varie en fonction de l'expérience (100 000 $ à 120 000 $).

Vos missions seront :

  • Lead, prepare and facilitate workshops aimed at gathering and defining functional and technical requirements and/or identifying the causes and impacts of reported problems in order to propose appropriate solutions.
  • Analyze and document existing business processes, tools and systems architecture in collaboration with business units and the IT department, and make recommendations on solutions and best practices to be implemented.
  • Write functional and technical specifications and complete specifications that reflect the results of the analyses;
  • Conduct opportunity and cost-benefit analyses of proposed solutions, and make recommendations based on established guidelines.
  • Carry out impact analyses and effort estimates to prioritize projects and obtain the necessary approvals for their implementation.
  • Participate in the application of the agile/scrum method to design and develop systems with developers, and ensure all stages related to change management, user training and application support.
  • Effectively document User Stories so that they can be clearly understood by Front End, Back End and QA developers.
  • Support all QA, testing and user acceptance testing activities.
  • Act as a key member of the process of continuous improvement, development and enhancement of technology solutions.
  • Coordinate all activities between the project team, cross-functional teams and the IT department, ensuring that challenges and requirements are understood and that project tasks are completed on plan, on time and on budget.
  • Monitor project progress using performance indicators and communicate progress reports in a timely manner to the project team, internal stakeholders and management;
  • Recommend actions to be taken in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including reorganization of resources if necessary.
  • Develop, revise and maintain all project documentation, including invoices, change requests, project schedule, budget and post-mortems.

Qualifications requises :

  • Degree in computer science.
  • 5 to 7 years' experience in IT project management.
  • Knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies.
  • In-depth understanding of relevant analysis methods, including business process modeling and mapping (BPMN 2.0).
  • Knowledge of mapping, documentation, technology project management and database tools (e.g. Lucid Chart, MS Office, Confluence, MS DevOps, JIRA, MS SharePoint, SQL, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of one or more of the following areas: technology infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity upgrades, solution delivery with creative and technical elements, and digital strategy projects.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively apply an analytical approach to identify root causes and gaps.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) - many employees are English-speaking, as are the majority of the company's suppliers and partners.
