YOUR ROLE:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing, implementing and delivering training programs for legal professionals;
• Interacting with the various teams to assess needs and set up new courses/training;
• Act as a speaker at internal and external events;
• Identify and analyze practices, training tools and technological solutions available;
• Keeping awareness of new learning trends and technological solutions.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in law would be considered an asset;
• Relevant experience in a similar position in a law firm or professional services firm;
• Relevant experience in managing legal training and development programs;
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint;
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Very good level of spoken and written French and English;
• Organizational skills, ability to manage priorities and autonomy.
