As a member of this elite team, you’ll help to create a best-in-class online customer experience that grows sales and makes Bunzl our customers’ preferred source for all their business needs.
Position Overview :
As an E-commerce Sales Support Champion, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer sales support by helping our customers purchase more effectively, introducing them to a wide range of products and offers, and providing technical support on our e-commerce platforms.
This isn't just any service and support role; it's an opportunity to be at the forefront of a highly innovative and transformative initiative, where your expertise will directly influence our customers’ success and help to build a strong and profitable online sales channel.
This is a nationwide opportunity. The successful candidate must be able to commute daily to one of our Bunzl Cleaning & Hygiene branches.

Salary : $40,000 to $50,000 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver unparalleled customer sales and technical support through various channels including chat, email, and phone.
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information to guarantee a seamless shopping experience.
- Identify opportunities to sell our customers more items and categories to help them be successful by offering them companion products, innovations, and own-brand alternatives.
- Convert current manual orders to e-commerce orders by hand-holding the customer if required.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions to ensure seamless user experience on digital platforms.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to convey feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the success of the pilot project.
- Meet monthly targets to ensure that the pilot program is growing at a consistent rate.
- Learn new tools and technology and provide feedback.
Qualifications :
- Experienced customer service representative; interest in business development.
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
