THE OPPORTUNITY

This role requires proficiency in sales analytics, process improvement, and CRM management to effectively support and enhance decision-making across the sales organization.

This position will be working closely with Sales / BD, Program Managers, Sales Support, and Finance teams. This role requires being in the Montreal office 2-3 days per month or more often if required.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Reporting
  • Generate regular revenue reports and pipeline metrics to track performance against targets and objectives.
  • Develop Dashboard analytics: Create and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize sales performance and pipeline status for senior leadership.

Utilize data visualization tools to enable insightful analysis for decision-making.

  • Pipeline cleanup / reporting: Review and refine the sales pipeline to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
  • Forecasting
  • Conduct weekly forecast of expected billings.
  • Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budget plans by providing data-driven insights and analysis. Collaborate with sales and finance teams to align forecast with business objectives.
  • CRM Management (Salesforce)
  • Oversee the maintenance of CRM. Address any system issues and collaborate with vendors to resolve problems.
  • Implement CRM enhancements.
  • CRM reporting: Generate reports to track sales activities and pipeline status.
  • Sales Tools
  • Evaluate and manage sales tools to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Ability to work additional hours, as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Experience with Power BI required, SQL preferred.

Proficiency in CRM Software (Salesforce).

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Experience with ERP systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in the defense industry is preferred.
