Responsabilités :
We're seeking a passionate Business Development Specialist responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and cold-calling.
This role requires an individual with strong communication skills, persistence, and a strategic mindset to build relationships with potential clients and grow the company's customer base.
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Perform professional outreach through cold-calling, email, and social media to introduce company services.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to discuss tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and track progress through CRM tools.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Provide regular reports on prospecting activities and progress toward business targets.
- Foster positive client relationships to encourage long-term partnerships.
Exigences :
- Proven experience in cold-calling and lead generation, with a track record of success in generating qualified leads.
- Previous experience in business development or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in reaching out to potential clients.
- Ability to work independently, manage rejection, and stay motivated.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
