Responsabilités :

We're seeking a passionate Business Development Specialist responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and cold-calling.

This role requires an individual with strong communication skills, persistence, and a strategic mindset to build relationships with potential clients and grow the company's customer base.

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Perform professional outreach through cold-calling, email, and social media to introduce company services.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to discuss tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and track progress through CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on prospecting activities and progress toward business targets.
  • Foster positive client relationships to encourage long-term partnerships.

Exigences :

  • Proven experience in cold-calling and lead generation, with a track record of success in generating qualified leads.
  • Previous experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in reaching out to potential clients.
  • Ability to work independently, manage rejection, and stay motivated.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
