Job Description
- Manage the submission of license applications for marketing materials, ensuring compliance with brand licensor guidelines.
- Coordinate marketing sample distributions for programs such as BazaarVoice Sampling, and support photography, media, and influencer initiatives.
- Oversee the implementation of Enhanced Content for major retail partners.
- Maintain and update the website, ensuring timely and accurate changes.
- Assist in developing a social media calendar and creating posts for various platforms.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to research and update the knowledge base.
- Support the development of style guides, creative briefs, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Proofread content to ensure adherence to brand standards and guidelines.
- Manage retail content and assets as required by different retail channels.
- Ensure proper organization and filing of marketing documents, along with other administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, commerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and adjust priorities as needed.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in writing and editing.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
- Experience with platforms such as Salsify, Syndigo, WordPress, Squarespace, Joomla, and Zendesk is an asset.
