Description du poste

• Act as the focal point of contact for customer engineering.
• Establish clear priority to the technical specialist.
• Prepare and present the LRU reliability data.
• Act as the coordinator to determine the need for investigation for the reported field events.
• Lead effectively the investigation of LRU unplanned removal for root cause and corrective action plan.
• Review supplier data, identify gaps, and come up with an action plan.
• Meet the target dates for component maintenance manual review, validation, and approval.
• Provide the required support to engineering changes, overhaul shop, and quality.

Compétences et expérience

Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), Customer Engineering, Design, Design Engineering, Engines, Microsoft Excel, Project Management, Reliability Analysis.
