Your Role
As the Senior Updates Editor at FinanceBuzz, you will relentlessly update our library of published content to improve user experience, boost monetization, and drive additional traffic through improved rankings.
You should be able to assess and update content, manage a team of updates editors, provide daily feedback, and contribute to SEO strategy.
Success in this role involves reviewing and updating published SEO content for various aspects, creating reports, developing documentation, and growing the FinanceBuzz brand.
What You Need to Succeed
- 3-5 years of experience in a digital editor or writer role.
- Passion for creating high-quality content.
- Expertise in personal finance and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions.
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.), Google Docs, Google Sheets, and project management tools like Asana, Airtable, or Trello.
- Clear understanding of SEO principles.
- Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
