We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us on our culinary journey.

We are looking for a passionate full-time Production Cook to join the team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • You are responsible for preliminary preparation in the kitchen, which includes washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables, preparing meats and fish, and setting up sauces and condiments.
  • You must ensure that all necessary ingredients are available and ready for cooking, thereby ensuring maximum efficiency during service.
  • You execute specific recipes while adhering to the quality standards and culinary techniques specific to our establishment.
  • You ensure that cooking is perfectly mastered and that dishes are seasoned according to instructions to guarantee an exceptional taste experience for our customers.
  • You are in charge of the presentation of dishes before they are sent to the dining room, ensuring that each plate is aesthetically pleasing and conforms to the establishment’s standards.
  • You must show creativity while respecting the presentation guidelines provided by the chef.
  • You actively participate in kitchen service, coordinating your actions with the team to ensure smooth and quick delivery of dishes.
  • You must manage orders in real-time, adapting to the influx of customers and meeting the imposed deadlines.

Other tasks may be assigned, and so we’re counting on your flexibility and resourcefulness!

  • You have a DEP or DEC in Professional Cooking.
  • You take pride in maintaining a neat, professional appearance in a clean uniform.
  • You have a minimum of two years’ experience in a gastronomic kitchen, and you’re flexible to work on rotative shifts during the day, evening, and on weekends.
