2. About the Role : We are seeking a dynamic ITSM Manager to lead our client's service management team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the process leadership in incident management and change management on a global scale.

The successful candidate will manage a team of approximately ten professionals, ensuring rapid response solutions for both internal operations and digital products.

You will be instrumental in championing the ITIL framework, supporting 24 / 7 operations, and driving continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.

3. Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and / or IT Operations Management (ITOM).
  • Proven expertise in implementing and leading ITIL-based processes and transformations.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies and the ability to drive adoption of best practices in ITSM.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies and roadmaps focused on operational excellence.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a track record of using metrics and KPIs to drive decisions and improvements.

Additional Information :

  • Salary range : $130,000 - $170,000 plus performance-based bonus.
  • Location : Montreal preferred, open to Quebec and Ontario provinces.
