Looking for a rewarding career in digital marketing? Kanguru Digital Agency invites you to join our team as a Senior Account Manager.

As a key player in our client-focused approach, you'll have the opportunity to build and nurture relationships with our diverse clientele, ensuring the successful execution of a wide range of digital marketing projects.

Role Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management :
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Understand clients' business goals and objectives to align digital marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Project Management :
  • Oversee the seamless execution of various digital marketing projects, including websites, e-commerce sites, SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure scope of work, project timelines, budgets, and deliverables meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Strategic Planning :
  • Develop and implement advanced digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Performance Analysis :
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, website, SEO and SEM efforts providing clients with in-depth reports and a strategic plan for improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to enhance client success.
  • Communication :
  • Clearly communicate complex project objectives, timelines, and expectations to both internal teams and clients.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in senior account management within a digital marketing agency.
  • Expert understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels, and tools, with a focus on websites, e-commerce, SEO, SEM, digital advertising and social media advertising.
  • Advanced knowledge of Jira and all of its functionalities.
  • Familiar and capable of implementing Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of platforms such as : Google Drive, Gmail, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEM Rush, Google Tag Manager, etc.
