Job Description

Reporting to the VP of Kenny U-Pull, the Marketing Manager , will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies, leading both the Digital Marketing and Retail Marketing teams, and driving the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement innovative strategies, such as a loyalty program, to increase traffic to our branches, enhance customer satisfaction, and support overall business growth.
  • Provide creative direction on content creation such as photography, video and copy writing.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and timely delivery of campaigns and projects.
  • Hire, lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster growth and success.
  • Manage and lead the digital marketing team responsible for generating high-quality leads for our buyers and call centre.

This includes overseeing digital advertising campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, social media advertising, and other online marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with the team to develop strategies that drive targeted traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
  • Lead the retail marketing team, focused on driving increased foot traffic to our existing locations, boosting admissions, and enhancing sales.

This role involves developing and executing strategies tailored to each locations unique needs, local market dynamics, and customer preferences.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of retail marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve traffic and sales goals.
  • Foster partnerships with local communities and businesses to enhance brand visibility and strengthen relationships within each market.
  • Develop and execute an annual marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives and is designed to achieve expected KPI targets.
  • Lead efforts to standardize distinctive in-store elements, including merchandising and branding, to maintain a cohesive brand identity across all locations.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management and marketing, with a track record of developing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM software, social media management tools, and marketing automation systems.
