Each day, every team member works together to push the boundaries on our Etail & omnichannel platforms.DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior PPC Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team.

The Senior PPC Marketing Specialist will be responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various channels including Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, and others.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a passion for driving results and maximizing ROI.ResponsibilitiesStrategize, build, and optimize paid media campaigns across retail media channels including Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, and others with the potential for more as the industry scales and evolves.

Test data-driven campaign strategies to improve performance and drive towards acquisition goals.Manage and optimize budget allocation across paid media channels to maximize Growth, ROI and achieve revenue goals.

Conduct thorough keyword research and bid management to optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.Work closely with merchandising, sales, and omnichannel teams to define and build integrated strategies that achieve campaign and business objectives and satisfies acquisition goals.

Synthesize campaign findings and communicate data-driven recommendations to key stakeholders on a regular basis.Lead and foster strong leadership relationships with our retailer media groups.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide insights to improve ROAS / CPAs and help us achieve our revenue goals.

Develop standard methodologies for KPIs, targeting & retargeting, reporting, and other processes.Stay up to date with industry trends, new ad formats, and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into our paid media strategies.

Requirements3+ years hands-on platform experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on PPC.Comfortable with biddable / performance / eComm media.

Understands the minutiae of paid search and retail media networks.Experience with retailers such as Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, Target, Walmart, and retailer media networks such as Criteo and Citrus Ads.

Track record of using data and insights to drive strategic direction and optimize programs.Experience in managing data and measuring performance.

Excellent communicator and collaborator. Able to manage multiple media campaigns across several retailers simultaneously.

Proven track record of being self-motivated and prioritizing, multitasking, focusing, leading, and influencing.Possess an entrepreneurial can do’ spirit, become comfortable with ambiguity and be willing to innovate.
