Job Description

  • Coordinate Sales operations with the other departments of the organization.
  • Develop and / or maintain and improve business relations with all customers of the organization.
  • Ensure maintenance of customer database.
  • Responsible fortargeting new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization.
  • Any matter which may effect the interests ofACCORshould be brought to the attention of the Management.
  • Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the organization.
  • Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing to direct the Sales & Marketing department to achieve objectives established in the Organization’s Strategic Plan.
  • Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments ofNovotel Hyderabad & Hyderabad International Convention Centreto ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
  • Respond to queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that the team has been trained for all safety provisions.
  • Ensure that all personnel are kept well informed of department’s objectives and policies.
  • Motivate and develop team to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork.
  • Leadership skills that utilize persuasion and motivation to attain organizationalgoals is the most desirable management quality, followed by honesty, integrity, ethical behaviour, tactfulness, openness, and cultural awareness;
  • Ability to accept responsibility;
  • Self confidence, motivation, drive and tenacity;
  • Ability to enhance organizational performance


Relevant degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
