Job Description

  • Facilitation and guidance for scrum teams in adoption of agile processes
  • Creation of standard operating procedures
  • Assist with setting and measuring KPI’s and performance metrics
  • Assist with creating and maintaining project timelines
  • Creation of project plans and sprint documentation
  • Identify and remove team obstacles
  • Facilitation of standard ceremonies
  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback
  • Communication of project status, risks and issues to stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Hold a university degree in a field related to IT
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Certification in Agile methodologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps
