Osela is a specialist manufacturer of laser illumination systems and structured lighting for machine vision applications requiring precise laser beam shaping, as well as for research and development projects worldwide.

We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to expand our team to meet our growth needs. Reporting to the Sales Director, the Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing technical information and support to the entire sales team.

Main responsibilities include :

Respond to various customer requests and provide them with the appropriate information concerning prices, technical specifications and delivery dates

Establish quotations in collaboration with external sales managers and follow up with customers

Follow up orders and product shipments to customers

Maintain a good knowledge of Osela's products

Work with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met

Develop good relationships with customers to maintain and grow sales

The skills required for the position are :

Fluently bilingual (mostly international clientele)

College degree in engineering / technology and / or experience in technical sales or inside sales

Technical skills to quickly learn and understand products

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to develop long-term relationships with customers
