Marketing Director - Life Sciences IndustryThe Marketing Director will be a senior leader within the organization, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.

This role requires a strategic planner and an excellent storyteller who can generate innovative ideas and work closely with Business Development and Client Directors to promote our products and services effectively.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectivesConduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insightsCreate and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resourcesCollaborate with BD and Client Directors to develop and execute integrated marketing campaignsWork closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing effortsCraft compelling narratives and messaging that resonate with target audiencesOversee the creation of high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and marketing collateralEnsure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channelsGenerate innovative marketing ideas and strategies to drive brand awareness and engagementIdentify and leverage new marketing channels and technologies to enhance campaign effectivenessMonitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvementDevelop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, clients, and partnersRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunitiesStay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the life sciences sectorQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field;

MBA or advanced degree preferredMinimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the life sciences industryProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaignsStrong storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling content and narrativesExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiativesExperience working closely with BD and client-facing teamsProficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and digital marketing platformsMust be bilingualWhat We OfferWhy apply through Brunel?
