Your job

  • Actively participate in and bridge the gap with initiatives, projects and application evolution
  • Create application evolution programs to ensure that technology and business evolution requirements are met
  • Assist the Application Portfolio Manager in the development of an annual program of initiatives, projects, and maintenance
  • Be responsible for the evolution of a subset of the application sector portfolio in portfolio management, investment advisor compensation, and expense and billing management.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of applications and ensure good management in terms of IT hygiene
  • Participate, plan and lead (as required) the design, development, integration, implementation and maintenance of information systems, and supervise / manage the execution of these activities in order to meet budget and acceptable deadlines
  • Communicate issues to management with relevant parties for resolution if necessary
  • Define and track SLO / SLA applications (Service Level Objectives and Service Level Agreements), and provide timely support and issue resolution
  • Assist / coach talents in their career paths
  • Implement initiatives to improve the platforms supporting applications, such as archiving and partitioning.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to communicate and apply the bank's norms and standards.

Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in an agile delivery context.


  • Experience in managing the lifecycle of the IT asset portfolio, their availability, operational support and associated budgets.
  • Manage multiple partners simultaneously
  • Have hands-on experience in personnel management and project management
  • Have managed multiple external vendors in your previous roles
  • Knowledge of the wealth management field (major asset)
  • Be recognized as a rigorous, determined and team player
  • Ensure robust change management that enables your teams and colleagues to transform
  • Industry-related bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience or industry-related master's degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
