Our client is seeking IT Support Analysts to join their team for a 6-month contract to perm opportunity in their Montreal office on a hybrid basis!If you're proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet Explorer, and have at least a year of experience in an IT support context, we're eager to hear from you!Why Join our client?

Excellent upward mobility. Gain valuable bilingual IT Support experience. Opportunity to propel your IT career! As an IT Support Analyst, You Will : Respond to and investigate Level-1 incoming requests.

Offer basic support across various departments, troubleshooting hardware, software, and procedural issues.Utilize Cherwell Knowledge Base for accurate resolution and ensure timely and efficient response to calls and emails.

Analyze reported problems, logging solutions in Cherwell ticketing system, and escalate major issues or trends to the Supervisor.

Coordinate with technical teams for second-level problems and use X-Matters for off-hours escalation.Follow up on open incidents, ensuring resolution and documentation in Cherwell for future reference.

Contribute to the knowledge base, suggesting improvements based on new findings.Analyze and follow up on discrepancies in Corporate and Store reports, managing account, hardware, and software requests and replacements.

Lead the coordination and execution of store openings, closings, renovations, and special projects.Provide technical and procedural training to new IT Support Analysts, assisting technicians with equipment installations and backups as required.

What You Bring to the Team : A college degree in Information Technology or equivalent.Availability for rotational day, evening, and weekend shifts.

A minimum of one year experience in an IT support context.Proficiency in Windows 7+, Microsoft Office, and Internet Explorer.

In-depth knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, and telecommunications.Exceptional customer service skills and fluency in bilingual communication (English / French).
