We seek a talented and enthusiastic UI / UX Designer to join our client's dynamic creative team. As the primary UI / UX Designer, you will lead their design endeavours, working autonomously to craft visually captivating and intuitive interfaces.

We are looking for someone with acute attention to detail, a profound grasp of user-centred design principles, and a demonstrated ability to translate intricate requirements into compelling designs.

You'll be responsible to :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and comprehend design specifications, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct comprehensive user research, comprising user interviews, shadowing, and usability testing, to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that convey design concepts and interactions effectively.
  • Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and end-users to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of designs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices to enhance design capabilities continuously.

The ideal candidate profile :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as User Experience, Interaction Design, or Human-Computer Interaction.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience designing digital products.
  • Proficiency in Design Thinking, Service Design, and workshop facilitation.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering UX design projects.
  • Extensive experience in conducting user research through various methods and analyzing data to identify user pain points and propose innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce wireframes, prototypes, process maps, journey maps, personas, service blueprints, and other visual artifacts to present insights to stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience planning and leading concept ideation workshops, synthesizing outputs, and delivering visual product designs.
  • Familiarity with Agile (Kanban) methodologies.
  • Certifications in UX and UI design are desirable.
  • Proficient in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma and Axure.
  • Experience with mobile, web, SaaS-based interfaces, and / or dashboard design.
