YOUR ROLE

Are you an expert in paid media? ALDO is seeking a dynamic individual to lead the planning, design, and launch of large scale paid media strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive paid search and paid social campaign strategies in Google Ads, Meta & Tiktok for multiple franchisee accounts ensuring effective strategy, execution, and reporting.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, adjusting budgets, targeting, and creatives to maximize ROAS and Conversion while reducing Cost per Acquisition.
  • Conduct keyword research and create lists of targeted search terms that are relevant to the business.
  • Establish key metric reports, track progress and trends, and effectively communicate campaign results and insights.
  • Offer training and advice to franchisees on building and optimizing paid media campaigns.
  • Serve as ALDO’s subject matter expert on technical campaign details, strategic insights, and industry best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in paid media and online advertising, including new tools and platforms.

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

Are You Our Ideal Candidate?

  • 5-7 years of experience in paid media, preferably in the retail.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within an agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Tik Tok and others.
  • Comfortable in handling large paid media campaigns, including multi-channel e-commerce / retail accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, including Looker Studio.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
