  • Lead and strategize the comprehensive alignment of HR systems to create a streamlined and efficient ecosystem that aligns with the company's vision.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR leaders, IT teams, and business partners, to assess system needs, develop strategies, and execute projects that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
  • Drive the consolidation and integration of HR platforms, while fostering data consistency and accuracy, robust reporting, and actionable analytics.
  • Manage a team of HRIS professionals, ensuring their growth, alignment with goals, and effective collaboration across projects.
  • Spearhead the transition to new systems, including potential mergers of platforms, ensuring smooth change management, training, and support for end-users.
  • Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives, such as upgrading systems or facilitating the migration to a new system.
  • Act as a bridge between HR and IT, maintaining clear communication, aligning technology solutions with HR needs, and advocating for process improvements.
  • Provide thought leadership on best practices in HRIS, including data management, reporting, and compliance with employment laws.
  • Direct, supervise, support, and mobilize the resources, direct and indirect (project teams) assigned to human resources information systems projects, by sharing the vision and translating it into an appropriate strategy.
  • Ensure the timely administration and maintenance of HRIS systems security, safeguarding the protection of employee information.
  • Cultivate a positive and collaborative team environment, motivating and inspiring your team to achieve excellence.
  • Create and consistently apply controls, procedures, and policies so they are clear and well understood by the system users.
  • Act as a champion for data analytics and data intelligence to help drive decision making in terms of people data, costs, and trends.

When your expertise drives us.

  • Approximatively 15 years of relevant experience in HRIS roles, including leadership positions, with a proven track record of successfully leading system transformations.
  • Strong expertise in PeopleSoft, ADP, Kronos, and other HR systems, with hands-on experience in system upgrades and consolidation.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English, French) to effectively communicate with teams across Canada, the USA, UK, and Latin America;

knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

  • In-depth knowledge of time management systems, with a focus on Kronos, and experience in process mapping and optimization.
  • Adept at driving change, aligning stakeholders, and executing projects within a dynamic environment.
  • Successful experience aligning systems and processes post-acquisition to deliver superior results.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with HR regulations and compliance considerations across various regions
