What you love doing

  • Conducting discovery calls, delivering demos of products and solutions, and most importantly closing deals.
  • Engaging with new individuals, establishing in-person connections with potential customers.
  • Generate opportunities through different sales channel
  • Grow the company portfolio of clients and lead the sales strategy
  • Venturing out into the field, visiting various prospective clients.
  • Pursuing opportunities relentlessly, embracing challenges head-on.
  • Expanding market presence and fostering a reputable image for our product, company, and yourself.
  • Utilizing your expertise to secure meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Exceeding expectations, setting and surpassing goals or targets
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the payment industry and competitor offerings
  • Constantly work to improve processes and structures within the company.

What you have to offer

  • 3 to 5 years of successful sales experience in technology or SaaS is a plus
  • University degree in a relevant field or diploma in Business, Tech, or related disciplines.
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Excellent communication strong negotiation and sales closing skills
  • Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment

Qualities we seek

  • Keen situational awareness to discern when to adopt a direct approach and confidently ask for the sale, as well as the ability to gauge the atmosphere and recognize when patience and a strategic approach are warranted.

  • Adaptability to change and eagerness to learn about new product offerings
  • The comfort level to use online tools such for virtual meetings such as Google Workspace and other web based CRM platforms
  • Proficient in negotiating and finalizing deals ranging from $5,000 to $50,000 per year in terms of annual contract value (ACV), with sales cycles typically lasting 2 to 6 months.

  • A total remuneration package between $120,000 and $200,000 annually, based on sales performance.
