A world leader in aluminum port facilities, our client is actively seeking an Administrative Coordinator to complement their current team.

Headquartered in the North Shore of Montreal and recognized worldwide for its know-how, this continuously growing company designs and manufactures products and equipment for the nautical / naval world.

Main responsibilities :

As an Administrative Coordinator of Projects, you will hold a key and important position within our company. You will be the essential pillar supporting the operational efficiency of the entire organization.

Your responsibilities will be varied and crucial to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.

  • Point of contact for client after-sales
  • Establishing client sales contracts
  • Inputting client data into the ERP system
  • Processing Commerce and E-commerce orders
  • Organizing order shipments
  • Receiving orders
  • Other administrative tasks necessary for the smooth daily operation of the company

Skills and qualifications :

  • Experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Advanced proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and agenda management software (MS Office)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, bilingualism required
