Our client is looking for a Senior Account Manager to joint their growing team! Located in Lachine in a very niche industry that involves project management, complex delivery stages and an international playing field.

develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points - Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction - Work closely with Project Managers on day-to-day operational processes including technical drawings, managing deadlines expectation and communicating with clients on time sensitive points - Work closely with the Director of Sales to determine root causes for customer success or failure and drive requirements for product or process enhancement and development - Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to manage campaigns to success, high customer satisfaction and renewal - Manage customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues - Focus on ensuring they maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight - Participate on ongoing team and process improvement initiatives Requirements : - 7 + years of experience as an Account Manager in the tradeshow, exhibits or events industry - Excellent bilingual communication skills to communicate with clients outside of Quebec - International exposure (having worked and sold to clients in more than 1 country) - Valid passport to travel 3-6 times per year (especially in the USA) - Strong ease with software and sales performance indicators - Motivation and autonomy Please send your resume in Word format to Guillermo Ovalle Zavala at guillermo.
