Job Description

The Change Integration Support Specialist reporting to the Manager, Business Integration acts as a product subject matter expert, supporting business partner onboarding, inquiries, development and testing of products and services offered by Canadian Document Services (CDS).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business partners, Suppliers and Change Integration Specialists, supporting new or changes to CDS products and services
  • Adhere to predefined Business Integration processes
  • Participate as a Subject Matter Expert in various integrations, including the development of new technologies.
  • Support the onboarding activities and training of internal stakeholders on products offered by CDS
  • Create and maintain required process and service documentation
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships, ensuring consistent and clear communication with all internal and external business partners
  • Support, coach, mentor and provide training to new or junior team members
  • Participate in testing to identify defects and issues during service integrations
  • Act as a second tier of support, ensuring resolution of problems by identifying root cause and providing recommendations to improve processes with suppliers, internal business partners and Business Integration team members

  • Strong communication skills including communicating with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels and with 3rd party suppliers

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience using Sharepoint and OneNote
  • Previous eSignature experience would be an asset
  • Previous experience with print related activities would be an asset
  • Project experience with agile and waterfall initiatives
  • As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide.
