The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.

This individual will be focused on converting prospects into active clients / members and have strong communication skills.

The Candidate should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to successfully execute strategy to achieve results and to surpass set objectives.

We are looking for someone with a relentless thirst for success and a drive to excel at the sales job.

Responsibilities

  • Convert existing partnerships into active clients / accounts
  • Bring in new partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships with strategic partners in an effort to grow business and help company expand its client base
  • Use your existing business and professional network to bring in new partnerships and accounts
  • Maintain and expand on existing business partnerships by organizing events that bring on new client accounts
  • Develop, propose, and implement sales strategies to attain department and company objectives
  • Track progress of memberships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Finance or Management
  • Prior experience in business development and sales including new client acquisition and high prospect conversion
  • Proven track record of attaining and surpassing sales objectives and quotas
  • Proven track record of building and successfully implementing sales, client acquisition and client conversion strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
