The Intern, Project Management be part of a dynamic team responsible for implementing and monitoring capital projects in our Canadian plants.

Play a role in the coordination and administration of the various phases of projects, from design to final delivery.

The Internship Program will begin on May 13 th and end August 16 th , 2024.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER...

Participate in and support the project management team in the planning, organization and general coordination of projects.

Help set up forms, work methods and best practices.

Administrative follow-up of tasks and budgets for certain projects and participation in presentation documents

YOU ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU...

  • Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management, Certificate or Masters in Project Management(you have at least completed the second year of Bachelor s);
  • Are active in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community;
  • Have previous related internship experience (an asset);
  • Are detail-oriented, analytical, self-motivated and willing to take initiative;
  • Are not afraid to get acquainted with your team and business partners, quickly building relationships;
  • Knowledge of Project Management tools / software ( MS Project) (an asset);
  • Bilingual (English / French), both spoken and written will interact with partners across Canada;

Have strong time management and organizational skills : you will manage priorities and multiple projects at a time all while ensuring to meet deadlines.
