Our client, a company specialized in furniture, is looking for a Customer Service Representative!What they offer : - Salary up to $52K - Benefits 100% paid by the company - 3 weeks of vacation - 2 sick days - Hybrid work (2 days in the office and 3 days from home)Your profile : - Fluently bilingual to communicate with customers across Canada and the US - 2 to 3 years of experience in a Customer Service position with a product - SAP, ERP and CRM experience preferred - Experience in the building product industry (preferred) or manufacturing environment Your role : - Provide necessary information to customers to enable ordering of the right product - Manage back-order, make sure when the stock is in it is shipped to client - Track order, update customers if needed and follow up regarding delayed deliveries - Enter customer orders in system - Communicate with the warehouse in regards to stock and delivery - Act as liaison and communicate with purchasing department to ensure stock replenishment - Provide technical knowledge and ensure it is of the highest standard - Ensure all returns are processed as per the Returns policy Please send your resume in Word format to Guillermo Ovalle Zavala at guillermo.
