We are looking for an HR Technology System Administrator reporting to the HR Technology Operations Team Leader to help us optimize the way we do business.

In this role, you’ll have a major impact on the growth of the organization's application systems.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO :

  • Work closely with HR and IT teams to constantly improve our HRIS ecosystem.
  • Lead HRIS improvement and implementation projects as a systems and processes specialist.
  • Support super-users and guide them toward optimal use of the tools at their disposal.
  • Collaborate and contribute to all phases of project implementation and improvement : analysis, configuration, documentation, training, etc.
  • Create technical and functional documents.

YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES :

  • Excellent systems, process and data management skills.
  • A strong demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
  • A focus on continuous improvement and quality of execution.
  • Good interpersonal skills, the ability to explain and popularize.
  • Customer and results-oriented.
  • Solid knowledge of Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors would be an asset.
  • Bilingual in French and English (Spanish would be an asset) : The ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or in English on a daily basis.
