NV-05As a product administration agent, you provide administrative support to Desjardins components and help administer specialized products and member / client accounts.
You perform administrative, office and other tasks and processes to help your unit achieve operational objectives and carry out initiatives in accordance with the detailed directives in place.

You help process and analyze information related to your line of work, solve problems and prepare recommendations, tailoring your approach as needed.
You help users use tools and systems effectively.
General Information on the Position
Perform processing, analysis and monitoring activities according to the unit's processes.
Audit and ensure that data from various sources is compliant with established policies and standards.
Help identify operational risks and find ways to continuously improve activities within the unit.
Reply to and perform follow-up on requests for information, service and support from various stakeholders.
Integrate, analyze, process and manage data in the appropriate system.

Workplace : Position located in Lévis or Montreal, depending on the applicant selected. The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work
