Ensure office efficiency by maintaining common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing file systems.
Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained, identify needs and acquire supplies, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate food deliveries when requested.
Mailing and shipping packages
Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable data entry in SAP.
Assist in reconciling invoices and processing payments.
Ability to file expense reports through Concur platform
Assist in updating and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
Generate reports and provide insights to enhance CRM efficiency
Support in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, and audio-visual setup.
Assist in internal and external communication efforts as needed
Provide direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, update contact and employee lists
Perform a range of administrative tasks to support different departments.
What you must have :
Minimum of a College Diploma.
Bilingual in French and English is required.
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP would be a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
