Sommaire du poste:

Reporting to the Project Manger, the role of the Senior Project Coordinator is to plan, execute, and complete projects according to strict deadlines.

Exigences / compétences recherchées:

•Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and French
•University degree or college diploma in the field of marketing, communications or related.
•2 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution, in a web marketing environment.
•Ability to think interactively
•Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
•Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
•Exceptional attention to detail
•Excellent organization and time management skills
•Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills
•Ability to deal with stress, pressure, and tight deadlines
•Creative and innovative in approach

Project Management
•Plan projects in order to accomplish its goals within constraints such as time, cost and agreed quality standards
•Schedule tasks, deadlines and milestones for all stakeholders and resources
•Identify schedule uncertainties and risks for both client and BAM
•Develop schedule contingency plans
•Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects for specific Clients.
•Hold or ensure that regular status meetings are being held with project teams.
•Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential problems, and devise contingency plans.
•Manage resources in-house, as well as with Third Party agencies.
•Constantly monitor and report on the progress of a project to all stakeholders
•Work with internal departments to revise Scope & architecture as needs of the client/project evolve
•Articulate design rationale and function strategy as it directly relates to accomplishing goals set out (where applicable)
•Present work to the client at milestones throughout the production
•Obtain, discuss and follow-through with feedback from client
•Support & help trouble-shoot delivered work during project and post-project
•Conduct project post mortems and, with the assistance of the Project Manager, create a recommendation report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
•Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
•Ensure the delivery of accurate and timely reports on all aspects of a project, Brand or initiative
•Ensure that all Team members are abiding by procedures as agreed on and set forth by Department Heads.
•Assist the Project Manager in providing the Client with accurate and descriptive estimates, proposals, Statements of Work (contracts) and Yearly Interactive Budgets for all long-term or larger-scale initiatives.
•Manage project budget, ensuring that deliverables, resources and time allocated remain within scope.
•Challenge Direct Reports to develop autonomy, strategic and creative thinking and organizational skills while serving as a role model and mentor.
•Strive to inspire coworkers across all departments to attain goals and pursue excellence.

Team Management
•Is responsible for the performance management of their Direct Team members.
•Along with the Project Manager, conduct performance evaluations of all Direct Reports.
•Ensure that all process are adhered to by Team members, and provide training and retraining to all those failing to meet those standards.

Client Management
•Build a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization and objectives.
•Schedule and attend meetings with clients as needed.
•Explain the technology, rational, strategy, etc, in proposed solutions to Clients and others (when applicable).
•Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded in terms of quality of product and service delivered.
•Provide soft-sales (up-selling opportunities) or articulate these opportunities to the appropriate channels.

General
•Keep current on new technologies as they relate to web site and web application development
•Know our Custom online applications (reporting tools, AW Stats, Google Analytics, etc) inside out.
•Assist in Quality Assurance duties when necessary.
•Assist the Project Manager in building and managing interactive programs and planning online campaigns from inception to launch (including quality assurance)
•Work closely with our production team to produce successful campaigns.
