DR Recruit Me, a recruitment firm specialized in the recruitment of qualified candidates in Multimedia, IT and programming is currently seeking a full-time Web Designer for a prestigious client located in Ville Saint-Laurent.
As part of the Multi-Channel Marketing Team, the Web designer will be responsible for designing and developing visuals for this international company and one of its brands.
Sommaire du poste:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop graphical elements for the Web site
• Ensure that all graphics created for the Web site are visually consistent with the brand
• Design images based on creative campaigns that have been approved for stores and optimize them for the Web
• Design images and content for the Web sites that communicates the desired messaging
• Create Web site banners, email marketing messages and online ads from existing creative or visuals that have been arranged and shot at the studio
• Expand upon developed concepts, such as in-store materials, for online use (where applicable)
• Work with our front-end and back-end agencies to ensure seamless implementation of Web design projects
Exigences / compétences recherchées:
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Web design, graphic design or computer graphic design (or equivalent)
• 2-3 years experience in Web design (specifically front-end capabilities)
• Ability to create Web layouts and micro-sites from Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
• Excellent knowledge of HTML and Flash
• Excellent knowledge of standard practices with regard to optimal pixel dimensions for display on the Web and the optimization of images for the Web
• Flexible and able to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented team player
• Bilingual, both written and spoken
