Sommaire du poste:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the junior sales representative will offer administrative support to the sales department, making sure that all administrative tasks are well done. He/she will also make sure that all campaigns related to the divine.ca website are well coordinated and the company has always an updated list of potential clients.

Exigences / compétences recherchées:

You ideally bring at least 1 years of experience performing sales related activities.

Some post-secondary education in business would be preferred. Previous experience within the directory industry (print, digital or both) will be an asset.

Bilingual: English and French; exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written). You would have a Positive attitude, sense of humor.

Superior client service skills, organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail, the ability to adhere to deadlines.

Working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word, Sugar CMS , OpenAds, Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Ideally you will have a basic knowledge of Google Analytics, internet marketing, social networks.

Meticulous, curious, proactive; ambitious, professional, with an outgoing, positive disposition.

What You Will Do ::
Administration

Coordinate all site’s publicity; newsletters; campaigns and contests;

Frequently update the Sales systems with new data or modify information when necessary;

Verify/ Update/ Submit the information on invoices and keep the accounting and operations department informed;

Work together with the accounting department to make sure that client’s needs is fulfilled and invoices are sent in a timely manner;

Propose solutions and work collaboratively regarding new procedures and improvement of processes that are linked to divine’s Sales department;

Assist the Sales Manager to write business proposals as well as other related Sales documents;

Coordinate the conception of the Sales newsletters;

Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Account Management

Perform frequent updates on campaign’s performances;

Create a list with potential clients and contact appropriate ones when applicable;

Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned;

Respond to Sales alerts;

Manage all projects that could potentially generate sales, such as panels; opt-ins; sponsored emails and content;

Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Knowledge and Industry Relations.

Improve Interactive Marketing knowledge in order to help potential clients with their overall Interactive strategy;

Maintain relationships with the various players in the industry and portray divine.ca in a positive light;

Participate in marketing and online sales related events, such as seminars; trade shows
