Our client, a Montreal based company and market leader in its field of operation, is currently seeking a Project Manager (Web experience) to participate in the company’s growth and to manage its dynamic web development and applications team.
Sommaire du poste:
The Project manager will report to the Production Director and will lead project-related teammates such as designers, programmers and integrators. Main tasks are production follow-up and ensuring good processes and communication among the team as well as with providing an outstanding continuity of services to clients.
Exigences / compétences recherchées:
Required skills:
• University degree in Computer Sciences, Multimedia or Business
• 3 years of successful experience in a project management position (multimedia or web position preferred)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, problem solve and handle stress
• Flexible, dynamic, creative and detail oriented
Essential functions:
• Delivery of a quality project in accordance with the terms and conditions of the project plan and/or contract
• Defining and owning the development timeline of the project
• Maintaining an outstanding interfaces and communication with the team, stakeholders and most and foremost our clients
• Ensuring collection and reporting of all project requirements (metrics, hours, etc.)
• Ensuring that metrics and data collected is used for quantitative analysis and process improvements in the project management of the project through its entire life cycle, delivering profit and total customer satisfaction.
• Tracks the project milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure they are produced and packaged in accordance with the project requirements
• Collaborates with the Production Director to evaluate the work and resource requirements, including the scheduling of personnel (Graphic Artists, Programmers, etc.)
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Production Director
• Good team player, motivator with good communication and leadership skills
• General computer skills: Word, Excel, MS-Project
• Bilingual (French & English)
